Frequently Asked Questions
We generally do not customise the item for sale as this would entail additional complications and expenses. However, before your purchase, if you send us an email, we may accommodate minor changes to preserved flowers, ribbon colours or a particular colour on a card, or similar, if they are in stock. You are free to make suggestions for improvements to our future offerings. We are always interested in constructive feedback.
In general, all sales are final. Similarly, as there is no way of verifying due diligence has been performed in the care of the preserved flowers, which by their nature are delicate, we do not refund or replace item. However, if despite the care performed in packaging, an item is damaged in transit, send us a picture of the damaged item and its packaging within a week of receipt, for consideration of reimbursement.
The preserved flowers are fresh flowers treated to keep the texture and colour of the original, using a non-toxic and environmentally friendly solution to keep the appearance of the flowers as in their peak condition.
Remember the preserved flowers are quite fragile, avoid keeping them in a high humidity environment and keep away from direct sunlight to prevent colour fading. Be gentle when dusting your preserved flowers. The light application of a feather duster, or the use of a hair dryer with a low fan and heat settings, keeping the hair dryer a distance of 12 inches or more should suffice. Do not spray with water, disinfectants, or cleaning agents as that could damage your preserved flowers. With gentle care, they should last for 3 years.
